2-1-3: TERM OF OFFICE:
Each appointed member or alternate member of the Plan Commission shall serve for a term of three (3) years, or until his successor is appointed and qualified, but terms shall be staggered in order that not more than three (3) members or alternate members shall be appointed or reappointed each year. (1977 Code § 3-2-3)
