A. Only officials and employees who are required to use or handle information or documents that contain social security numbers will have access to such.
B. All officials and employees who shall have access to social security numbers shall be trained to protect the confidentiality of social security numbers in accordance with the act, including receiving a copy of this chapter. (Ord. 1207, 6-27-2011)
