1-10-1: SCOPE; APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:

A. Scope: The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the Village procedures in connection with all of the Village locally imposed and administered taxes, if any. (Ord. 859, 12-19-2000; amd. 2004 Code)

B. Application Of Provisions; Conflicting Provisions: This chapter shall be liberally construed and administered to supplement all of the Village tax code or ordinance provisions. To the extent that any tax ordinance is in conflict with or inconsistent with this chapter, this chapter shall be controlling. (Ord. 859, 12-18-2000)
