2-5-4: REPORTS AND RECORDS:
   A.   The Commission shall submit recommendations to the Village Board in writing. A minority report may be attached to the majority recommendation.
   B.   The Recording Secretary shall have the following duties:
      1.   Record and maintain permanent minutes of the Commission meetings and hearings. Minutes shall show the vote of each Commissioner upon every question, or if absent or failing to vote, indicating that fact.
      2.   All official records of the Commission shall be maintained by the Clerk. Before official records are turned over to the Clerk, the Recording Secretary shall be the custodian of the records and any exhibits submitted. (Ord. 2020-06, 5-20-2020)
