A. Preparation: The Finance Committee shall compile information from each of the departments of the Village containing estimates of revenues, together with the recommended expenditures for payroll, public improvements, maintenance, and other matters and shall make a recommendation to the Village Board.
B. Approval: The final budget shall be approved by the Village Board no later than the April Board meeting, to be effective the following fiscal year.
C. Village Financial Plan: The budget prepared by the Finance Committee and approved by the Village Board shall be the financial plan for conducting affairs of the Village for the fiscal year. (Ord. 911, 12-26-2002)
