10-9-3: REAR LINE COINCIDENT WITH SIDE LINE:
On a lot or plot whose rear line forms the side line of an adjoining plot, the rear line setback shall not be less than the side yard setback required on the adjoining lot or plot. (1977 Code § ZR-8-4)
