9-6-23: CALCULATING CASH CONTRIBUTIONS:
In calculating any cash contributions in lieu of land dedication payable at time of issuance of building permit as provided in this chapter, the Village shall use the fair market value as set forth in subsection 9-6-6G, or any amendment thereto, and in effect at the time of the contribution and building permit issuance. (Ord. 915, 2-13-2003)
