8-6-7: REQUIRED LIABILITY INSURANCE:
It shall be the responsibility of the owner or owner's agent to maintain liability insurance on all vacant and registered structures under their control. Proof of evidence of such insurance shall be filed with the Village. Minimum insurance amounts shall be one million dollars ($1,000,000.00). (Ord. 1299, 4-27-2017)
