8-5-3: DRAINAGE SYSTEMS:
The swimming pool and equipment shall be equipped to be emptied completely of water, and the discharged water shall be disposed of in an approved manner that will not create a nuisance to adjoining property or damage or erode Village roads and drainage ditches. (2004 Code)
