The provisions of the 2012 international property maintenance code are hereby deleted, modified, and amended as follows:
A. Amend section 101.1 to read as follows:
101.1 Title. These provisions shall be known as the property maintenance code of the village of North Barrington, hereinafter referred to as "this code".
B. Delete sections 111.1 through 111.8 and replace with the following:
111.1 Refer to international building code section 113 as amended.
C. Amend section 602.3 to insert October 1st to May 1st.
D. Amend section 602.4 to insert October 1st to May 1st.
