Every person convicted of a violation of sections 7-5-3, 7-5-4, 7-5-6, 7-5-7A and 7-5-9 of this title and for violating ordinances prohibited parking on specific streets (not specifically set out in this code) shall pay a penalty of twenty five dollars ($25.00); provided, however, that in the event that the owner or operator of the vehicle makes payment to the Village within seven (7) calendar days after the date of receipt of the arrest ticket, the penalty shall be ten dollars ($10.00) for such violation. Every person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this title for which no penalty is specifically provided shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
