7-10-5: CANCELLATION OF VIOLATION NOTICE PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to cancel or solicit the cancellation of any traffic violation notice or complaint in any manner other than as provided in this title. (1977 Code § 10-11-3)
