Any person, firm or corporation, or civic or social group who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined a minimum of fifty dollars ($50.00) but not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense; provided, however, the minimum fine for any violation of subsection 6-1-1A1, A2, B1 or C and section 6-1-5 of this chapter shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00).
