A. Permit Required: All persons using any Village park shall be required to have a permit which will be issued by the Village Clerk.
B. Registration Of Family Members; Vehicle Sticker Required: Each family member shall be registered, and each car shall display a North Barrington vehicle sticker.
C. Representative Of Civil And Social Groups: A permit will be issued to the leader of each civic or social group.
D. Permit Fees:

E. Term Of Permit: The period for which the permit is valid shall be the same as that of the current vehicle sticker. (1977 Code § 8-7-13)
