A. Vehicles: No person, other than authorized personnel, shall bring or use any vehicle, including, but not limited to, motorcycles, motorbikes, minibikes, or mopeds, upon any portion of any Village property except as designated by the Superintendent of Parks. This subsection shall not apply to Village rights of way. (1977 Code § 8-7-1)
B. Sales Of Merchandise: No person shall offer or exchange for sale any article or thing, or do any hawking, peddling, or soliciting, or buy or offer to buy any article or thing, or take up any collection, or solicit to receive contributions of money or anything of value in any Village park or on any Village right of way or on any other Village property, except in compliance with title 3, chapter 2 of this code and only when authority to do so has been granted by the Village Board of Trustees. C. Public Meetings Or Assemblies: No person shall call or hold any public meeting or assembly, or give any concert or public entertainment of any kind in any Village park or on any Village right of way or on any other Village property without the express consent of the Village Board of Trustees. (1977 Code § 8-7-3)
D. Fires: No person shall light or make use of any fire in any Village park or on any Village right of way or road or on any other Village property, except portable barbecue equipment or except in such portions thereof and at such locations as may be indicated by the Superintendent of Parks for such purposes and then only under such regulations as are prescribed by him. E. Animals: It shall be unlawful to bring any animal into any Village park or onto any other Village property without the expressed consent of the Park Superintendent. (1977 Code § 8-7-12)
