All artificial lakes within the Village limits will be water sources for the fire protection districts and, as such, will be available to the fire protection district personnel in times of emergency. The Village Clerk will notify the applicable fire protection districts of the location of all ponds and artificial lakes within the Village limits, together with their water quantities and access to public roads.
