5-4-1: SCOPE:
This chapter establishes the minimum acceptable standards for the design and construction of ponds and artificial lakes located in the Village when a dam safety permit is not required by the Illinois department of natural resources/office of water resources (IDNR/OWR). (1977 Code § 4-6-1; amd. 2004 Code)
