Any member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Plan Commission or other commission of the Village, without excuse deemed adequate to the Board of Trustees, may be removed from office and such office declared vacant if such person fails to attend three (3) consecutive meetings, or more than a total of five (5) in a twelve (12) month period, of the board or commission of which such person is a member, upon resolution approved by the Board of Trustees.
