Failure of the Village officials to observe or recognize hazardous or unsightly conditions or to recommend denial of the site development permit or of the Zoning Board of Appeals to deny said permit shall not relieve the permittee from responsibility for the condition or damage resulting therefrom and shall not result in the Village, its officers or agents being responsible for any condition or damage resulting therefrom.
