It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or allow the conducting of an "occasional sale", as defined herein, on premises zoned or used for residential purposes over a period of time in excess of two (2) days or to conduct more than one such occasional sale on the same premises, by the same household, within any six (6) month period. It is further provided that no "occasional sale", as defined herein, shall begin before nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. nor continue later than six o'clock (6:00) P.M. (1977 Code § 5-4-2)
