The Village of North Baltimore hereby adopts a rule that it will follow the regulations established by the FCC regarding regulation by the franchising authority of cable television basic service and equipment rates, as contained in 47 C.F.R. Part 76, Subpart N (a copy of which, as it appeared in the Federal Register of May 21, 1993, is attached as Attachment 1 and hereby incorporated in Ordinance 26-93.).
