(a) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b) A second offense charged within a one year of a conviction on a prior offense under this chapter period shall be treated as a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day a violation is committed or permitted to continue, shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. (Ord. 40-94. Passed 1-3-95.)
