The Village Administrator or his authorized representative shall collect a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for the first license issued under the provisions of the preceding section to one company, and five dollars ($5.00) for each additional vehicle to be used for hauling within the Village by said company, which fee shall be for the one year period, or any part thereof, for which said license is issued.
