131.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Sections 131.01 , 131.02 or any prohibition contained in, or knowingly fails to perform any duty required by a proclamation, order or regulation issued and in effect pursuant to this chapter, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
