Whenever a licensee shall for a period of sixty days fail to make a reasonable or consistent effort to operate any such taxicab or taxicabs the Mayor or Village Administrator may either suspend or revoke such license pursuant to the provisions of Section 701.07
. This power to suspend or revoke shall not limit the powers granted to the Mayor or Village Administrator elsewhere in this Code.
