(a) No person or persons on Reservoir Property and adjacent Village-owned land, any Village operated park or other recreational facility shall:
(1) Commerce prohibited. Engage in commercial fishing or the buying or selling of fish caught in Reservoir waters.
(2) Hook and line. Fish with other than hook or line and live or artificial bait; and other than in accordance with the fishing laws of the State of Ohio.
(3) General prohibition. Fish in any Reservoir waters restricted to fishing as designated by posted signs, markers or buoys.
(b) Any person violating any provision of the within section shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
