559.06 TRAFFIC.
   (a)   No person or persons on Reservoir Property, adjacent Village-owned land, any Village operated park or other recreational facility shall:
      (1)   State motor vehicle laws apply. Fail to comply with all applicable provisions of the State Motor Vehicle Traffic laws in regard to equipment and operation of vehicles, together with such regulations as are contained in this and other ordinances.
      (2)   Designated traffic officers. Fail to obey all police officers, such officers being hereby authorized and instructed to direct traffic whenever and wherever needed on said property, in accordance with the provisions of these regulations and such supplementary regulations as may be issued subsequently by the Council.
      (3)   Traffic signs. Fail to observe carefully all traffic signs indicating speed, direction, caution, stopping or parking, and all others posted for proper control and to safeguard life and property.
      (4)   Speed of vehicles. Ride or drive a vehicle at a rate of speed exceeding ten miles per hour, or as Council may otherwise designate, by posted signs.
      (5)   Prohibition. Drive any vehicle in any areas except those specifically designated by Council and indicated by posted signs. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle in any restricted area, except those vehicles specifically authorized by permit signed by the Chief of Police.
      (6)   Parking. Park a vehicle in other than established or designated parking area except for the purpose of loading or unloading boats in accordance with posted directions or instructions from an officer or attendant on duty.
      (7)   Bicycles. Ride a bicycle, motor bike or motorcycle in any areas except those specifically designated by Council and indicated by posted signs. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to park a bicycle, motor bike or motorcycle in any area other than that specifically designated by posted signs.
   (b)   Any person violating any provision of the within section shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
