559.03 LICENSES AND PERMITS.

(a) No person shall operate any boat on the North Baltimore Reservoir without a valid certificate number for any such boat issued by the Chief of Watercraft of the State of Ohio.

(b) No person shall operate a powercraft as defined by Ohio R.C. 1547.01(D) on said reservoir.

(c) No person shall operate a private dock, moor a boat, store a boat, or maintain a mooring stake or dock on said reservoir.

(d) Any person violating any provision of the within section shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
