511.99 PENALTIES.

Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a minor misdemeanor for the first offense. If within one year of the offense the offender has plead guilty or been convicted of a violation of this chapter, such offense is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 501.99 . (Ord. 32-94. Passed 11-1-94.)
