355.15 DEPOSITING SNOW ON RIGHT-OF-WAYS; ETC.
   (a)   No person shall plow, push, or in any other manner deposit snow or ice that naturally accumulates on private property onto any public street, road, alley, or right-of-way, or onto the property of another.
   (b)   Nothing in the preceding section shall prohibit the clearing of snow and ice from sidewalks or pedestrian walkways not wider than four feet, and depositing said snow onto the tree lawn adjacent to said walks, or if no tree lawn exists, from depositing said snow or ice at the curbline of any adjacent street.
