709.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 709.05(a) through (d) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 2016-39. Passed 12-20-16.)
