(a) The demolition or removal required by the terms and provisions of the within chapter shall include the removal of all rubbish, garbage and building materials of any kind or nature from the lot on which said structure being demolished is located; in addition, demolition shall include the removal of all foundation walls and structures existing above grade, and the filling of all excavations in said lot to grade level.
(b) Demolition and removal shall include the tear down of all structures or portions of structures attached to the damaged building, regardless of whether said remaining structure or portion thereof was in fact damaged by fire or other natural cause contemplated by the within chapter. No structure having any interior wall exposed by the removal of a damaged portion of a building shall be allowed to remain on said lot, but shall be completely demolished and removed.
