The Schedule of Records, Retention and Disposition, together with the Records Retention and Disposal Process Instruction Handout, including terminology and procedures; a copy of a map showing the network of Ohio network of Historical Research Centers and forms for use in disposing of records, etc., for completing said forms and attached to Ordinance 99-15 are adopted.
