1160.04 ADMINISTRATION.

The provisions of these Subdivision Regulations shall be administrated and enforced by the Village Planning Commission and the Village Engineer. Such rules and procedures as are necessary to carry out the provisions of these Regulations may be adopted by the Commission and the Village Engineer.
