The Subdivision Regulations contained herein shall apply within the corporate limits of the Village and in the unincorporated area lying within three miles of such corporate limits, subject to limitations specified in Ohio R.C. 711.09. Subdivisions in the unincorporated area lying within three miles of such corporate limits may also be subject to the County and Township Subdivision Regulations and require their approval.
