EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 08-14, passed March 18, 2008, Council has adopted Amended Policies and Procedures for the Purchase and Payment of Goods and Services for the Village of North Baltimore. Said amended Policies and Procedures are fully set forth in Exhibit A attached to the ordinance and which shall be distributed to all Village employees who have authority to order goods and services for the Village.
