1139.05 MOBILE HOME PARK REQUIREMENTS.

(a) The minimum site shall contain five acres unless the development is an extension of an existing park. The mobile home park shall meet the requirements of 370 1-27 of the Ohio Administrative Code, adopted by the Public Health Council under the authority of Ohio R.C. 3733.02.

(b) Individual mobile homes located within the mobile home park shall have a minimum floor area of 600 square feet.
