145.03 PLATTING COMMISSION.

The Planning Commission shall be the Platting Commission of the Village, and all the powers and duties provided by the laws of the State of Ohio for the platting commissioner or commissioners of municipalities shall, upon appointment of a municipal planning commissioner under this chapter, be deemed transferred to such Commission.
