1129.16 RECOMMENDATION BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION.

The Planning Commission shall within sixty days after receipt of the final development plan recommend to the Village Council that the final development plan be approved as presented, approved with supplementary conditions, or disapproved. The Planning Commission shall then transmit all papers constituting the record and the recommendation to the Village Council.
