(a) Residential properties shall provide appropriate trash containers in sufficient size and quantity to support weekly disposal. Commercial dumpsters shall only be used on residential properties during periods of maintenance and/or construction activities, such as, but not limited to, periods when active zoning permits have been issued or interior/exterior maintenance or renovation activities are ongoing.
(b) All commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential uses shall provide trash or garbage areas enclosed on at least three sides by a solid wall or fence of at least four feet in height and at least two feet from a side or rear lot line. Said areas shall hold the appropriate covered container(s) necessary to support the intended use for the site.
