The Village hereby adopts the Wood County Emergency Management Office rate schedule otherwise known as the “Wood County E.M.A./L.E.P.C. Haz-Mat Cost Recovery” schedule annexed to Ordinance 09-27 and marked Exhibit “A” as if fully set forth herein, and as said rate schedule may be amended from time to time. Said scheduled rates shall be charged for Village of North Baltimore Fire and EMS personnel, fire and EMS vehicles, apparatus support systems and vehicles, decontamination of staff vehicles, and station expenses, when responding to a HAZ- MAT emergency. In addition, there shall be an administrative cost recovery charge of fifteen percent (15%) of the total of all other billed charges.
