All police officers of the Village of North Baltimore, whether designated part-time or full- time, and regardless of whether said officers otherwise qualify for overtime pay based on hours of service in a weekly or bi-weekly pay period, shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times their normal hourly rate for all services performed at school sanctioned events pursuant to the Village’s contract with the North Baltimore Board of Education.
