(a) The price for the sale of the gravesites in Maplewood Cemeteries effective January 1, 1997 shall be established as follows:

(b) The prices for opening and closing gravesites effective April 1, 2009 shall be established as follows:

(c) In addition to the charges as set forth in subsection (b) hereof there shall be charged the additional sum of eighty dollars ($80.00) for Village residents and one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) for non-residents for the closing of a gravesite for a funeral entering the gates of the cemetery after 3:30 p.m.
(d) In addition to the charge for opening and closing gravesite as set forth in subsection (b) and (c) above, there shall be charged the following additional fees for opening and closing gravesites on Saturdays, Sundays, and on all legal holidays as defined in Ohio R.C. 1.14, save and except that no burial shall be conducted on the following holidays:

(e) The charge to both residents and non-residents for removal of remains from one gravesite to another gravesite, in addition to opening and closing charges as set forth in subsections (b), (c) and (d) above, shall be as follows (unchanged from prior ordinances):

(f) Effective August 1, 2002, a charge of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per hour shall be made for the trimming or other maintenance of shrubs and hedges planted by lot owners or their families; that a charge of six dollars ($6.00) per deed shall be made for the transfer of lots from one another or for the replacement of lost deeds.
(g) Effective August 1, 2002, the charge for the burial of cremated remains shall be established at one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(h) All charges for opening and closing gravesites, all charges for disinterment and all charges for burial of cremated remains are the responsibility of the funeral director arranging for said services, and must be paid on or before the date services are performed by the Village.
(i) Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) of each grave opening and closing charge as set forth in subsection (b) above, and twenty-five dollars ($25.00) of the cremated remains burial charge set forth in subsection (g) above shall be set aside in a special Cemetery Maintenance Fund to be used to help defray the cost of maintenance, repairs and grounds keeping at the Village Cemetery.
