The initial inspection by the Village to determine compliance with this chapter shall be conducted without a fee. If subsequent visits are required to inspect to verify compliance, or to take corrective measures, the property owner will be responsible for a trip charge and hourly labor rate, according to the most recent Water/Sewer Fee and Penalty Schedule adopted by Council.
