If a property owner refuses to comply with the provisions of these sections requiring separation of Sanitary and Storm Water Sewers, the Village may undertake necessary corrective measures to bring the property into compliance and assess the costs of such corrective measures to the property owner. Property owners of new construction will be denied an occupancy permit by the Village or County until such time as the property is determined to comply with the provisions of sections requiring separation of Sanitary and Storm Water Sewers.
