The connection of sewer laterals to the Village sanitary or storm sewer system and all construction within the Village right-of-way shall be performed by a licensed contractor approved by the Village. The list of approved contractors will be maintained by the Village Administrator and shall be available in the Village Clerk’s offices. Construction of sanitary or storm laterals on owner’s property must conform to Village specifications and must be inspected and approved by the Village Administrator or the Village Sewer Superintendent or his or her designated agent, before connection to the Village sanitary or storm sewer system will be permitted.
