925.10 EXTENSION OF SEWER SERVICES TO LANDS NOT CONTIGUOUS TO THE VILLAGE.
   If the lands to which sewer services are to be extended, service lines are to be enlarged, or additional service are to be extended, are not contiguous to the present Village corporation limits, before receiving said sewer service enlargement of service lines, or additional service lines, the owner shall enter into an agreement with the Village to exert all efforts to obtain annexation of the property to be served by said services, including the signing of a petition for annexation when it is legally possible to do so. The owner must also agree to require a similar agreement from any person or entity that purchases any part of the property to be served by said services, further agreeing to include in any deed conveying any interest in said real estate to be served by said services, a covenant requiring the purchaser to consent to and exert all efforts to complete annexation of said property when and if said property becomes contiguous to the Village corporation limits or otherwise becomes eligible for annexation.
