(a) Existing drainage downspouts which drain existing buildings and structures within the corporate limits of the Village, and which existing drainage downspouts are directly connected into the Village Sanitary Sewer system, are hereby required to be disconnected from direct drainage into said Village Sanitary Sewer system.
(b) No owner or occupant of a building or other structure within the Village shall permit a drainage downspout which drains such building or structure, to be directly connected into the Village sanitary sewer system.
