No person, partnership or corporation shall tap into any public sewer or sewer extension or any public water or extension in the Village without first having obtained a written permit therefore from the Village Administrator or his authorized designate.
(a) No person, firm, or corporation shall make connection or tap into the Village Storm Water System without first obtaining approval from the Village Administrator or his/her designee.
(b) No person, firm, or corporation shall make improvements on property that causes the Village Storm Water System to adversely affect any other properties within the Village.
