(a) Existing drainage downspouts, sump pumps and clean water connections which drain existing buildings and structures within the corporate limits of the Village, and which existing drainage downspouts, sump pumps and clean water connections are directly connected into the Village Sanitary Sewer system, are hereby required to be disconnected from direct drainage into said Village Sanitary Sewer system within 30 days of official notice to do so.
(b) No owner or occupant of a building or other structure within the Village shall permit a drainage downspout, sump pump or clean water connection which drains such building or structure, to be directly connected into the Village sanitary sewer system.
